• Booking details: name, phone number, pickup and drop addresses, date/time, passenger count, luggage notes, vehicle preference, flight/train numbers if shared.
• Payment-related: amount paid, transaction reference, UPI/bank details only as needed for advance or refund (we do not store full card data on this static website).
• Communications: call notes, WhatsApp/SMS messages related to your trip.
• Technical: basic server or analytics data if enabled (IP, browser type, pages visited)—used to improve the site and security.

2. How we use information

• To confirm bookings, assign drivers, and provide customer support
• To quote fares, send confirmations, and process advances/refunds
• To improve safety, service quality, and website content
• To comply with legal, tax, or regulatory requirements

Booking and contact records are kept as long as needed for service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised where practical.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive data over public channels.

6. Your choices

• You may ask what data we hold about you for a recent booking, subject to identity verification.
• Marketing messages, if any, can be opted out by telling us on the same channel.

7. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18 booking independently. Bookings for minors should be made by a parent or guardian.
