Booking and fare confirmation
A booking request is confirmed only after DropTaxi confirms the pickup, drop location, date, time, vehicle, and fare with the customer. Website rate examples are for guidance; the final estimate depends on the exact itinerary and vehicle.
Additional trip charges
Toll, parking, state permit, waiting, extra stops, and other itinerary-related charges may apply when relevant. We will explain applicable charges during fare confirmation.
Passenger responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, pickup, drop, passenger, luggage, and flight or train information. Passengers must follow applicable safety instructions and must not use the vehicle for unlawful purposes.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Any cancellation charge, advance adjustment, or refund depends on the booking stage, vehicle assignment, timing, and costs already incurred. The applicable terms will be communicated when the booking is confirmed.
Delays and availability
Pickup times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle conditions, or other events outside our control. Vehicle and driver assignment is subject to availability. We will communicate material changes using the contact details provided for the booking.
