1. About DropTaxi

DropTaxi provides one-way drop taxi, outstation taxi, airport transfer, and related cab booking facilitation across Tamil Nadu and selected neighbouring routes. Our office is at Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: 9944013109.

2. Booking & confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after DropTaxi accepts your trip details and shares confirmation (phone, WhatsApp, or other agreed channel).
• You must provide accurate pickup/drop points, date, time, passenger count, luggage, and vehicle preference.
• Fares quoted are estimates until trip details are final. Tolls, parking, permits, waiting, and night charges may apply as explained at booking.
• Advance payment, if requested, is part of securing the vehicle. Free cancel >24h; fees apply inside 24h; no-show forfeits advance—see our Cancellation Policy for the full fee table and 3–5 business day refund timeline.

3. Passenger responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location; share a working phone number.
• Do not carry illegal, hazardous, or restricted items. You are responsible for your luggage and personal belongings.
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged at repair cost.
• Seat belts should be used where available. Child safety seats are the passenger’s responsibility unless arranged in advance.

4. Service limitations

Travel times depend on traffic, weather, road works, and force majeure. DropTaxi and assigned drivers will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee exact arrival times for flights, trains, or events. Build buffer time for critical connections.

5. Website content

City pages, route pages, sample fares, and blog content are for general information. Actual fares and availability are confirmed at booking. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

6. Intellectual property

DropTaxi branding, website design, and original content are protected. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
